CYCLHAD is a leading infrastructure dedicated to research and treatment in multi-ion hadrontherapy, located in Caen, Normandy, France.
Proton therapy treatments are delivered in partnership with the Centre François Baclesse, a Comprehensive Cancer Center (CLCC), which is responsible for clinical operations and patient care.
CYCLHAD operates the ProteusONE and is developing a unique platform worldwide dedicated to multi-particle hadrontherapy. The center is currently preparing the integration of the C400 IONS accelerator, developed within the NHa (Normandy Hadrontherapy) initiative, enabling future treatments with carbon and helium ions.
By 2028, CYCLHAD aims to expand its therapeutic capabilities beyond proton therapy, offering advanced treatments for the most complex cancers.
